  • To notify Parents2B of any unsafe sleep practices.
  • You understand Parents2B is not liable for your child’s safety, you are.
  • You agree to check with your GP or Paediatrician if your baby has any medical conditions which may prevent them from being sleep trained.
  • You agree to disclose any medical condition to the Parents2B which your baby has.
  • Parents2B may make / suggest changes to your little ones sleeping and/or eating arrangements. You are responsible for your own decision if you choose to implement the suggested changes. You understand you do this at your own risk.
  • You understand that your sleep plan, recommendations and/or guide is meant for your baby only and should not be shared with a third party.

The information shared on Parents2B website to is published in good faith and for general information and educational purpose only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Cancellation Policy

Parents2B has a 48-hour cancellation policy – if cancellation is less than 48 hours the full consultation rate will not be refunded.  If cancellation notice more than 48 hours is given a full refund minus an administration fee of $20 will be given.

There is NO refund on services provided. Often a failed sleep consultation is the result of lack of consistency. Parents 2 B will support you for 2 weeks post consultation. It is your responsibility during this time it is essential you stay in contact with Parents 2 B and communicate your progress, concerns and questions. If we do not hear from you – we cannot support you.

Parents 2 B will endeavour to respond within a reasonable period of time within business hours.  Parents 2 B will post notification of holiday’s / leave on their Facebook page.

 

Personal information

  • your credit card details;
